Overview
Cordillera Ranch is an exclusive, 8700 acre luxury hill country community offering everything from townhomes to large acreage estates. World class amenities house the seven sponsored clubs, including Cordillera's premier Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course.
The Clubs
Golf
The Nicklaus-designed golf course is the centerpiece of Cordillera Ranch. Starting near the expansive club house, this course- ranked as the "Best Course in Texas" by the Dallas Morning News- offers expansive views and rolling topography, merging the natural landscape and design philosophy of legendary golfer, Jack Nicklaus. The golf club also offers a fully-stocked store and a high-tech performance center in addition to the numerous clinics and instructors for players of all levels.
Tennis & Swim
Centrally located near the clubhouse, the tennis club contains 5 lighted regulation courts (with a dedicated Pickleball space) and is home to the junior, men's & women's tennis leagues. Multiple expert instructors are available for private lessons and finding a tennis partner is a breeze. Summer camps are available for children of all ages.
You'll find the four resort-style pools just outside of the Clubhouse doors. Offering tremendous views from the hilltop terrace, there's more than enough space to relax or work out. The pool club contains a multi-lane Junior Olympic lap pool in addition to the kiddie and adults only pools. The tropical Cabana Grille, located at the adult's only pool, offers cocktails and top-notch meals.
Spa & Athletic
The athletic club is located inside the main clubhouse and offers state-of-the-art exercise equipment and instructors. Group and individual classes are available and span from health assessments and fitness classes to nutrition seminars.

Social
An enjoyable night out is as easy as heading to the clubhouse. Events with friends and family, romantic dinners, and wine on the expansive patios can be had almost any night of the week. The Social Club also offers indoor and outdoor venues to accommodate everything from small to large gatherings, formal and casual alike.
Equestrian
Measuring 15 miles of nature trails and complemented by lighted and covered arenas with boarding, Cordillera's equestrian facilities are unique within Boerne. Cordillera makes it easy to enjoy the expansive trails surrounded by the Guadalupe River, wildlife, and natural beauty. There are numerous access points to the connected trails, so enjoying all of the equestrian facilities is easy whether boarding your horse at the stables or on your property (where allowed).
Rod & Gun
Cordillera is a haven for fishermen, sporting miles of Guadalupe River frontage along with lakes and spring-fed creeks. Novices and experienced anglers can enjoy fishing- including fly fishing- for trout and bass. Don't have equipment? Not a problem. Cordillera has rental equipment available for members.
Cordillera tailors to marksmen as well with numerous amenities including a 10-station sporting clay course, 5-stand field, handgun range and 3D archery range. Instructors and guides are available to members, and supervised skeet shooting and private sporting clay events are available, as well. Rental equipment is also available.
River
Nature is a significant aspect of living in Cordillera and the community's expansive frontage on the Guadalupe River is a benefit few communities can boast about. Kayaking, canoeing, and tubing are all possible on the Guadalupe, and The River Club offers equipment rentals along with guided tours for those looking for a zero-hassle experience. Camping is also available for members, with numerous, secluded campgrounds. Friends and family can enjoy hiking and camping under the stars in the Texas Hill Country.
Memberships
Cordillera offers several membership classes. Master, Conditional, and Non-Recallable memberships are available to community members. It's important to note if the property being purchased has a Master membership available, as these offer some financial benefits over the alternatives and are attached to specific properties. Transference of these memberships is negotiable, but not required.
Different membership packages are available, as well. Full and Limited Golf Memberships allow access to the golf course along with the other 6 clubs. However, Limited Golf Memberships have restricted access to the golf courses. Ranch memberships offer privileges in all clubs, excluding the Golf Club and are a great option for those who want to focus on non-golf experiences.
